This is a Revolver is punk and alt-rock’s bastard child, a quartet from Los Angeles that snuck onto the scene in March 2023 as a viscerally expressive and darkly humorous force.

Guided by founders Rudy Lopez (guitar) and Nikki Born (vocals), the band's creators bring a unique blend of backgrounds to their emotionally charged and explosively dynamic world. Rudy shapes the backbone of their sound, drawing inspiration from the raw intensity of DTLA punk, an environment that shaped his musical identity. Nikki, a Bay Area native with roots in rock/grunge, lends her theatrical powerhouse vocals and lyrical storytelling.

Matt Gossen (bass), a Chicago transplant, infuses the bass lines with a touch of pop punk, adding a dynamic layer to the band's distinct sound. Anchoring the rhythm is (drummer) Taylor Frost, a seasoned musician from Montana, bringing over a decade of experience playing in various rock bands in the Los Angeles music scene.
